Oven-Roasted Cauliflower Caesar Delight
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to allow it to fully heat up while you prep your cauliflower.
2. Prepare the cauliflower: Rinse the cauliflower and pat it dry. Cut it into bite-sized florets, ensuring all pieces are relatively the same size for even roasting.
3. Season the cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, Caesar dressing, salt, and ground black pepper. Toss until all florets are evenly coated.
4. Arrange on a baking sheet: Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
