Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for optimal roasting.
2. Prepare the Cherry Tomatoes:
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Slice each tomato in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
3. Marinate the Tomatoes:
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and the minced garlic to the tomatoes.
- Season with 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.

4. Roast the Tomatoes:
- Spread the marinated cherry tomatoes evenly on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Final Touches:
