Oven-Roasted Chicken Caesar Salad Sensation
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 Romaine lettuce heart, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Brush each breast with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
3. Roast the Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet.

- Scatter the croutons and the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
8. Finish and Serve:
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad for an added zing.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for optional extra citrus flavor.
