Oven-Roasted Chicken Salad with Grapes and Celery
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
1. Preheat Your Oven:
