Oven-Roasted Crispy Potatoes



Ingredients



- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions



1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F.

2. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into evenly sized wedges to ensure uniform cooking.
