- 2 Tablespoons Champagne Vinegar

Instructions



1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Ensure the rack is centered in the oven to allow even cooking.

2. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and champagne vinegar until thoroughly combined.

3. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes. For deeper flavor, refrigerate and marinate for 1 hour.
