Ingredients
1. 3 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
5. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
6. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
8. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
9. Cooking spray (for the baking sheet)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Baking Sheet
- Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
3. Slice the Zucchinis
- Wash and thoroughly dry the zucchinis. Slice them into 1/4-inch rounds, ensuring uniform thickness for even cooking.
4. Season the Zucchini Rounds
