Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). This ensures even cooking and crispy skin.
2. Prepare the Chicken Thighs
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, ensuring crispy skin.
3. Mix the Herb Blend
