Ingredients
- 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Dry the Chickpeas
After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, lay them out on a clean kitchen towel. Pat them dry to remove as much moisture as possible, which will help them crisp up in the oven.
