Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the chicken:
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps them crisp up in the oven.
- Rub each thigh with garlic powder, ensuring even coverage.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and rub it in, ensuring the thighs are fully coated.
