Oven-Roasted Miso-Glazed Salmon with Spicy Citrus Drizzle
Ingredients

- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha

Instructions
1. Prepare the Marinade:
- In a small bowl, combine the white miso paste, tamari, rice wine vinegar, juice of one lime, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
2. Marinate the Salmon:
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
3. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while the salmon marinates.
4. Prepare the Spicy Citrus Drizzle:
- In another bowl, mix the juice of one lime and one lemon with Sriracha and Sambal Oelek. Stir until combined. Set aside for later use.
5. Oven Roast the Salmon:
- Remove the salmon from the refrigerator. Transfer the marinated fillets onto a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle the avocado oil over the salmon.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Finish and Serve:
