Ingredients



- 4 cod fish fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced into wedges for serving

Instructions



1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.

2. Prepare the Parmesan Mixture:
In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, all-purpose flour, dried basil, and onion powder. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
