2 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Prepare Semolina Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the durum wheat semolina, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and fresh rosemary. Stir until semolina is evenly coated with oil and seasonings.
3. Toast Semolina: Spread the seasoned semolina in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven and roast for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the semolina is lightly golden and fragrant.
4. Add Broth: Carefully pour the chicken or vegetable broth over the toasted semolina in the baking sheet. Stir gently to combine.
