Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Tomatoes:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Wash and dry the tomatoes. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds. This ensures even roasting and maximum flavor absorption.
2. Season the Tomatoes:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar.
- Gently toss the tomatoes ensuring each slice is evenly coated with the mixture. This combination balances out the sweetness and tanginess, making a delightful snack.
