Peppermint Almond Cream Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions
1. Activate Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of gelatin over a 1/4 cup of cold water. Allow it to bloom for about 5 minutes until it becomes spongy.
