Ingredients

Instructions
1. Heat the Olive Oil:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Heat until shimmering.
2. Cook the Beef:

7. Finish with Cream and Cheese:
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce is rich and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
8. Garnish and Serve:
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley if using. Serve the ragù over pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
