Ingredients


- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions


1. Prepare the Eggs Mixture
- Crack the 6 large eggs into a medium mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup of whole milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously until the eggs, milk, and seasonings are fully combined, and the mixture looks smooth and uniform. Set aside.

2. Heat the Pan
- Place a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Allow the skillet to warm up gradually for about 1-2 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter to the skillet. As the butter melts, swirl it around the pan to coat the entire surface evenly.

3. Cook the Eggs
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Begin to gently stir the eggs using a spatula, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the skillet as the eggs start to set.
