Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oats:
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats, 2 cups of milk, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
2. Cook the Oats:
Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture occasionally until it begins to simmer. Allow the oats to cook, maintaining the simmer, for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, or until they reach your desired consistency.
3. Prepare the Peaches:
While the oats are cooking, dice 2 ripe peaches into small, bite-sized pieces. Ensure the peaches are ripe and juicy for optimal flavor. Set aside.
4. Assemble the Breakfast Bowl:
Once the oats are cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat. Allow the oatmeal to sit for a minute to thicken slightly. Then, divide the cooked oats evenly into four bowls.
5. Top with Peaches and Yogurt:
Top each bowl of oatmeal with an equal portion of diced peaches. Add approximately 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt to each bowl.
6. Serve:
