Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
1. Heat the Oil
- In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering but not smoking.
2. Add the Vegetables
- Add 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1 sliced red bell pepper, and 1 cup of sugar snap peas to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are bright and slightly tender.
3. Introduce the Aromatics
- Add the 2 minced garlic cloves to the pan. Stir well and cook for another 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
4. Season the Dish
