Quick and Flavorful Stir-Fried Veggie Delight



Ingredients



- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly

Instructions



1. Heat the Oil
- In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering but not smoking.

2. Add the Vegetables
- Add 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1 sliced red bell pepper, and 1 cup of sugar snap peas to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are bright and slightly tender.

3. Introduce the Aromatics
- Add the 2 minced garlic cloves to the pan. Stir well and cook for another 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.

4. Season the Dish
- Pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Toss the vegetables to coat them evenly with the sauces. Continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes, ensuring everything is well mixed and heated through.

5. Finish and Garnish
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds over the stir-fried vegetables. Toss to combine, then remove from heat. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
