Ingredients


- 6 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 2 shallots, finely sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions



1. Prepare the Celery and Shallots:
