Ingredients



- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salad dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions



1. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Thinly slice 2 large cucumbers and 1 medium onion. Place them together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

2. Make the Vinegar Mixture:
- In a separate small bowl, combine 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar until it dissolves completely.

3. Marinate Cucumbers and Onion:
- Pour the vinegar mixture over the sliced cucumbers and onions. Stir gently to ensure the vegetables are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least PT30M (30 minutes) to allow the flavors to develop.

4. Prepare the Creamy Dressing:
- In another mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup salad dressing, and 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
