Roasted Argentinian Peanuts with Sea Salt

Ingredients

- 2 cups Argentinian peanuts
- 1 tablespoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow it to fully preheat while you prepare the peanuts.

2. Prepare the Peanuts
Spread the Argentinian peanuts in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Ensure that they are evenly distributed for uniform roasting.

3. Roast the Peanuts
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast the peanuts for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning and to promote even browning. The peanuts should turn a golden brown color and exude a rich aroma.

4. Season the Peanuts
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately sprinkle the sea salt over the hot peanuts. Use a spatula to toss and coat the peanuts evenly with salt.

5. Cool Completely
Let the salted peanuts cool on the baking sheet. Once cooled, they will become crunchy and are ready to be served.
