Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
Instructions
1. Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
2. Marinating the Chicken:
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Zest the lemon and add the zest to the garlic mixture. Reserve the lemon juice for later.
- Rub this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated.
3. Assembling the Dish:
- Place the marinated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
- Squeeze the juice of the zested lemon over the chicken.
