Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pickled banana peppers, sliced

Instructions
1. Brine the Chicken:
- Pour the banana pepper brine into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chicken breasts to the brine. Ensure they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This method will infuse the chicken with a tangy essence.
2. Prep the Chicken:
- After brining, remove the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Ensure all excess moisture is removed for optimal sautéing.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
3. Heat the Pan:
