Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice, cooked and cooled
- 4 large eggs
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 scallions, finely sliced
Instructions
1. Preparation:
- Ensure that the white rice is cooked and thoroughly cooled. This prevents the rice from clumping together during frying.
2. Egg Preparation:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a pinch of salt until well combined.
3. Bacon Sizzle:
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
4. Egg Scramble:
