1. Prepare the Toppings:
Start by halving the cherry tomatoes and finely chopping the scallions. Set aside.

2. Assemble Topping Mixture:
In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped scallions. Stir until thoroughly combined.

3. Preheat Broiler:
