Instructions
1. Prepare Ingredients and Cook Sausage:
Begin by preparing all vegetables. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook for about 8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
