Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Rinse and drain the green lentils. Peel and slice the carrots into 1/4-inch rounds. Chop the fresh parsley and set aside.
2. Heat Oil:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
