Savory Oven-Baked BBQ Chicken Nacho Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 bag (13 oz) tortilla chips
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, small diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the barbecue sauce until well coated. Set aside.
3. Layer the Nachos:
On a large, oven-safe platter or baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
4. Add the Toppings:
Evenly distribute the barbecue chicken over the tortilla chips. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top. Layer with diced pineapple, sliced red onion, crumbled bacon, pickled jalapenos, and crumbled feta cheese.
5. Bake the Nachos:

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro.
