- 2 lbs top sirloin tri-tip or ribeye strip steak
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions



1. Preparation:
- Remove the steak from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature, ensuring even cooking.
