Ingredients

- Main Ingredients:
- 2 medium white onions, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 pound steak, sliced into strips
- 8 small tortillas

- Seafood Mixture:
- 1/2 pound crabmeat
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Additional Protein:
- 1/2 pound salmon, cubed
- 1/2 pound tofu, cubed

- Vegetables:
- 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets

- Spices and Seasonings:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Proteins:
- In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small cakes. Set aside.
- Season chicken and steak strips with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and steak strips to the skillet. Saute until cooked through and browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2. Saute the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Saute onions and bell peppers until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and briefly saute until vibrant green and tender, about 3 minutes.
- Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.

3. Cook the Seafood and Tofu:
- Heat a separate small pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add crab cakes, cooking about 3 minutes on each side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add salmon cubes and tofu. Saute gently until the salmon is opaque and tofu is golden, approximately 4 minutes.

4. Assemble the Fajitas:
- Warm tortillas briefly in the skillet.
- Lay a base of sauteed onions and peppers in each tortilla.
- Top with a mixture of chicken, steak, salmon, crab cakes, and tofu.
- Add broccoli florets on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the robust flavors.
