Savory Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Tangy Coleslaw



Ingredients



- 3 pounds Pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 Hamburger buns
- 2 cups Coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions



1. Prepare the Pork Shoulder:
Rinse and pat dry the pork shoulder. Place it into the slow cooker.

2. Make the Sauce:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Mix until the sugar is fully dissolved.

3. Cook the Pork:
Pour the sauce evenly over the pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Cover and set the slow cooker to low heat. Cook for about 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
