Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Drain and roughly chop the artichoke hearts. If they are packed in water, ensure they are thoroughly drained.
- Roughly chop the baby spinach.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil (use only if the artichokes are drained from water packing).
- Once the oil is warm, add the chopped artichokes and sauté for about 3 minutes until they are slightly golden and fragrant.
- Add the chopped baby spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the spinach to wilt slightly.
3. Prepare the Queso Dip:
- Reduce the heat to low and gradually add the shredded queso, stirring constantly until it melts completely and becomes smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Mix thoroughly to ensure the artichokes and spinach are evenly distributed in the melted queso.
4. Serve:
