Ingredients
- 1 pound Tteok (Korean rice cakes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup Gochujang sauce

- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Tteok:
- Soak the Tteok in warm water for about 20 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.

- Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until the Tteok becomes soft and sticky, and the sauce is evenly distributed.
6. Finish with Green Onions and Chives:
- Add the chopped green onions and chives to the skillet. Stir well to combine, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
7. Serve:
- Transfer the stir fry to a serving dish and enjoy hot.
