Savory Vinegar Reduction Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup vinegar (apple cider vinegar recommended)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preparation:
- Set out all your ingredients and have them ready before beginning the cooking process.
2. Initial Setup:
- Place a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat on your stove.
3. Combine Ingredients:
- Pour 1 cup of vinegar and 1/2 cup of chicken stock into the saucepan.
