- 1 medium head of green cabbage

Instructions



1. Prepare the Cabbage:

2. Mix the Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, sesame oil, chicken bouillon powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the chicken bouillon powder is fully dissolved into the oil, emulsifying the ingredients.

3. Combine Ingredients:
Place the sliced cabbage into a large mixing bowl. Pour the sesame-garlic dressing over the cabbage. Use clean hands or salad tongs to toss the ingredients, ensuring that the cabbage is evenly coated with the dressing.
