Ingredients
- Main Components:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups small broccoli florets

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:

- On a large baking sheet, arrange shrimp, broccoli florets, and shredded cabbage.
- Drizzle with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
4. Prepare Flavors:
- In a small bowl, combine vanilla extract with caramel syrup. Set aside.
5. Assemble the Breakfast Bowl:
- Divide the cooked rice into four bowls.
- Top each rice portion with a mix of roasted shrimp, broccoli, and cabbage.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, sliced almonds, and sesame seeds over the top.
6. Add Sweet Touch:
- Arrange mixed berries and banana slices on top of each bowl.
- Drizzle vanilla-caramel syrup evenly over all the bowls.
