Silky Vanilla Mascarpone Cream Dessert



Ingredients



- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions



1. Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture
Place the mascarpone cheese in a medium saucepan. Add the sweetened condensed milk and whisk together over medium-low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined. (5 minutes)

2. Infuse with Vanilla
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla extract and salt. Stir gently until everything is incorporated.

3. Heat the Liquids
In a separate small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and whole milk. Heat over medium heat until small bubbles form around the edges, but do not let it reach a full boil. (10 minutes)

4. Combine and Thicken
Gradually whisk the warm cream mixture into the mascarpone mixture. Return to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a custard-like consistency. (5–7 minutes)

5. Chill and Serve
Remove from heat. Transfer the dessert into individual serving dishes or one large serving bowl. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled. Serve cold.
