Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, approximately 1-inch thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Spice Mix
Mix together salt, flour, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a shallow dish. This will serve as the seasoned coating for your pork chops.
2. Coat the Pork Chops
Dredge each pork chop in the spice mix, ensuring all sides are evenly coated. Shake off excess flour.
3. Heat the Oils

Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer. Let it reduce for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it slightly thickens.
7. Finish with Butter and Parsley
Turn off the heat, then stir in butter until melted and the sauce is silky. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh flavor note.
8. Serve
Return the pork chops to the pan, spoon the glaze over, and serve immediately while hot.
