Slow-Cooked Corn and Herb Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn, husked and kernels removed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
1. Prepare the Corn
- Remove the husks from the corn cobs and slice the kernels off with a sharp knife. Set the kernels aside.
2. Mix the Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and melted butter. Gradually whisk in the all-purpose flour until smooth.
3. Add Seasonings and Cheese
