Slow Cooker Creamy Three-Cheese Macaroni



Ingredients



- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
