Spiced Apple Cider Whiskey Delight
Ingredients
- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 Apple Cider Republic Of Tea bag
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 2 tablespoons Torani caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Begin by measuring out all your ingredients. This will ensure a smooth cooking process.
2. Boil the Cider
Pour the 3 cups of apple cider into a medium saucepan and place over medium heat on the stove.
Heat the cider until it just starts to boil, approximately PT5M (5 minutes).
3. Steep the Tea
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the Apple Cider Republic Of Tea bag to the saucepan.
Let the tea steep in the cider for PT3M (3 minutes) for a rich infusion.
4. Mix the Flavors
Remove the tea bag from the mixture.
Stir in the 1/2 cup of whiskey, 2 tablespoons of Torani caramel sauce, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix well.
5. Add the Spice
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon into the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
6. Simmer the Mixture
Allow the mixture to simmer gently on low heat, stirring occasionally.
This will take about PT7M (7 minutes) to allow the flavors to meld together.
7. Serve Warm
Once done, remove the saucepan from the heat.
Carefully pour the spiced apple cider whiskey into mugs or heatproof glasses.
