Spiced Carrot Pineapple Delight Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients

Frosting:
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan for easy release.
2. Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of allspice, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, beat together 3/4 cup of vegetable oil, 3 large eggs, 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce, and 1 cup of drained crushed pineapple until well blended.
4. Combine All Ingredients:
