Spiced Pumpkin Bundt Cake with Vanilla Glaze



Ingredients



For the Cake:
- 1 box of cake mix (18.25 oz)
- 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Vanilla Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions



1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare Bundt Pan:
- Grease a Bundt pan thoroughly with butter or non-stick spray and lightly flour it to prevent sticking.

3. Mix Cake Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice, and ground nutmeg. Stir well using a wooden spoon or a spatula.
- Add milk, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated and the batter is smooth.

4. Pour Batter:
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

5. Bake:
