Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Pumpkin Mixture:

Layer each parfait with 2 tablespoons granola and 2 tablespoons All-Bran Buds. Follow with a sprinkle of toasted nuts and add a few pieces of mixed dried fruit on top.
4. Berry Delight:
Evenly divide the mixed berries among the glasses. Gently layer them over the crunchy toppings to add a fresh burst of flavor.
5. Drizzle and Finish:
Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup over each parfait for a touch of sweetness. Garnish each glass with a sprinkle of chopped pecans to finish.
