- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions



1. Prepare the Pumpkin Mixture:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine 1/2 cup canned pumpkin pie filling, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Stir continuously for about 5 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and slightly warm. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Layer the Parfait:
Begin by spooning 1/2 cup Greek yogurt into each of four serving glasses. Next, add 2 tablespoons of the pumpkin mixture to each glass, spreading evenly over the yogurt.

3. Add the Crunch:
Layer each parfait with 2 tablespoons granola and 2 tablespoons All-Bran Buds. Follow with a sprinkle of toasted nuts and add a few pieces of mixed dried fruit on top.

4. Berry Delight:
Evenly divide the mixed berries among the glasses. Gently layer them over the crunchy toppings to add a fresh burst of flavor.

5. Drizzle and Finish:
Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup over each parfait for a touch of sweetness. Garnish each glass with a sprinkle of chopped pecans to finish.
