Spicy Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 head of lettuce (butter or iceberg), separated into leaves

Instructions
1. Heat the Pan and Add Oil:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and allow it to warm up for about 1-2 minutes.
2. Cook the Aromatics:
Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped yellow onion to the oil. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the aromatics are fragrant and the onions are translucent.
3. Brown the Ground Chicken:
Increase the heat to high and add the ground chicken to the skillet. Break it apart with a wooden spoon and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes until it's browned and fully cooked through.
4. Incorporate Sauces:
Lower the heat to medium, then stir in the hoisin sauce, gochujang, sriracha, and fish sauce. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
5. Add Water Chestnuts and Chilies:
Stir in the finely diced water chestnuts and chilies, cooking for 2 more minutes to combine the flavors.
6. Finish with Green Onions and Sesame Oil:
Add the thinly sliced green onions and drizzle 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over the mixture. Stir well to combine and remove from heat.
7. Assemble Wraps:
Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf. Top with chopped roasted peanuts. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
8. Serve Immediately:
