Spicy Jalapeno and Bacon Beef Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Pre-made pizza dough
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 Jalapenos, thinly sliced
- 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 pound Ground beef
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up along with the oven.
2. Prepare the Beef Topping: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking the beef into crumbles with a spatula. This should take about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Prepare the Pizza Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. If using a baking sheet, lightly oil it and place the dough on the sheet.
4. Assemble the Pizza: Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the pizza dough. Next, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the beef. Top with sliced onions, jalapenos, and crumbled bacon.
5. Bake the Pizza: Transfer the pizza into the preheated oven, directly onto the pizza stone or keep it on the baking sheet. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
6. Slice and Serve: Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve warm and enjoy!
