Spicy Salmon with Teriyaki-Mango Glaze
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Mango Glaze:
In a blender, combine the diced mango, red chili, and Teriyaki sauce. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
2. Season the Salmon:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat the Skillet:
