Ingredients
- 20 Oreo Cookies
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oreo Crust:
- Crush the Oreo cookies by placing them in a resealable bag and using a rolling pin or by pulsing them in a food processor until they reach a fine crumb consistency.
2. Cook the Marshmallow Mixture:
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the mini marshmallows and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. This will take approximately 5-7 minutes.
3. Blend with Cream Cheese:
- Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add the melted marshmallow mixture and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, beating on medium speed until fully combined and creamy.
4. Assemble the Dessert:
- Take an 8-inch pie or tart pan.
